“Superlife: The 5 Simple Fixes That Will Make You Healthy, Fit and Eternally Awesome” by Darin Olien. I first learned of Darin on the Netflix show Down to Earth with Zac Efron. I was so intrigued by his knowledge I decided to check out his book, which is packed full of super great info and it’s fun to read!
Delicious dinner I made (Pictured Above)-
I’ve made this recipe a couple times now and both times it blows my mind with just how delicious it is! I did make one adjustment, rather than doing Zoodles (zucchini noodles) I made rice noodles, you can totally julienne the zucchini to include them in the dish.
