Last week I shared with you the way I like to make overnight chia seed pudding, and this week I’m sticking with the overnight theme for ease and convenience and sharing with you a few different ways to prepare overnight oats.

I love a great smoothie bowl. If you’re like me and have a super busy schedule, you don’t always get breakfast in after your morning coffee, but by noon you’re ready for food but are still wanting something breakfast like, queue the smoothie bowl!

Surprisingly Easy Chile Relleno – it’s a MUST Make
I Love chile relleno, I’ve never made it and always thought it would be super complicated to even think about making this myself.
That's until I came across Sylvia’s recipe.
I even made the Vegan Tofu Ricotta, that was super delicious and we’re not vegan! Though, a few nights a week we do try to eat plant-based meals.
